Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Registration Requirements
To create an account at j2win, you must meet the following requirements:

- Each person may create only one account.
- You must register under your own identity — creating an account in someone else's name or under a false identity is strictly prohibited.
2.2 Identity Verification
j2win reserves the right to verify user identity to ensure security and prevent money laundering. For deposits, withdrawals, or suspicious activity, documents such as a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate may be requested.
j2win reserves the right to suspend or close an account if the required documents are not provided.
2.3 Multiple Account Prohibition
If a single person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be immediately closed and any balance, bonuses, or winnings in those accounts may be forfeited.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Policy
3.1 Deposits
The following payment methods are accepted for deposits at j2win: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly. However, bank transfers may take some time to process. For failed or delayed transactions, please contact the support team.
3.2 Withdrawals
Standard withdrawal time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed through the same payment method used for the deposit. j2win reserves the right to verify withdrawals for security reasons, which may sometimes require identity verification documents.
j2win reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if the bonus wagering requirements have not been met before the request is completed, or if there is an active investigation on the account.
3.3 Currency
j2win processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions made in foreign currency may be declined.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
j2win offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
Example 2: Deposit ৳6,000 or more and the maximum bonus is still ৳5,000 — total balance will be ৳11,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirements. The current wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount — applied to the bonus amount only, not the deposited amount.
4.3 General Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonuses may only be used in the games and betting sections designated by j2win.
- The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once on a single account.
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses will result in both accounts being closed.
- j2win reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
- Bonus claims may have specific time limits — the terms of each offer apply individually.
4.4 VIP Program
The j2win VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Advancement to a VIP tier is determined by a player's activity and contribution. Cashback is credited to the account automatically.
Prohibited Activities and Code of Conduct
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:
- Accessing or using another person's account.
- Creating an account using a false or fraudulent identity.
- Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.
- Any form of hacking, manipulation, or use of unauthorized software.
- Placing artificial bets or abusing bonuses for the purpose of claiming bonus funds.
- Colluding with other players or manipulating bets.
- Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
- Harassing or engaging in offensive behavior toward other users on the platform.
- Conducting transactions using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
- Operating an account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
Gaming Rules and Fair Play
6.1 Game Results
All game results on j2win are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is fair and verifiable. Live casino games are conducted under the supervision of professional dealers.
If a dispute arises regarding a game result due to a technical error or server issue, the decision of j2win will be considered final.
6.2 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and betting section. These limits are displayed in the game interface. Betting limits for specific games may vary when using a bonus.
6.3 Disconnection
j2win will not be held liable if your internet connection is lost or a technical issue occurs during a game. Please contact the support team directly for any technical issue or complaint.

Account Suspension and Closure
11.1 Account Closure by j2win
j2win may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any section of these Terms.
- Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Security or legal reasons.
11.2 Account Closure by the User
You may request to close your account at any time. Email the support team at: [email protected] — the process will be completed upon receipt of your request. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed, however bonus balances will not be returned if wagering requirements have not been met.
Dispute Resolution and Complaints Process
If you have any complaint or dispute, please contact our support team first. j2win will endeavor to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If the issue is not resolved through the support team, a formal complaints process may be initiated. Send a written description of your complaint by email and attach any relevant evidence.

Changes & Effectiveness of Terms and Conditions
j2win may change any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the page.
Even if any one clause of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in full effect. These terms and conditions are written in Bengali, and in case of any ambiguity, j2win's interpretation will be considered final.
